Individual sessions combine Face Lift Massage, Facial Reflexology, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Holistic Skin Care as suited to your intentions for the session. Your session begins with a neck, shoulders and scalp massage, and a hot towel facial cleanse and makeup removal. Enjoy the bliss of deep relaxation while my magic hands do their work. You will leave feeling deep relaxation, a lifted and toned face, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
Zone Face Lift, which journalists have called the “spiritual facelift” gently releases emotions held in the face to leave you looking and feeling lifted. Lymphatic drainage techniques help to slim the face, and reduce puffiness. Pressure points and massage to release tension not only lifts the face, but can also provide relief from bruxism/TMJ, sinus tension, headaches and migraines.
The Zone Face Lift 6 and 12 session programs build with each visit, with each visit leaving you with deeper results, and skills to continue these results over the long term. Body, Mind, and Soul are nurtured over the weeks of this program. Leading to you shine like the glowing goddess you are.
The most noticeable effects come from the treatment itself. That said, it is important to care for the delicate skin of the face as well. All Zone Face Lift programmes feature a 7-step holistic facial every third visit. Only high quality organic, Canadian skin care is used, including HUNA Skin and Skin Essence Organics products.
All clients are given instructions for a short facial massage routine to add to their daily skin care ritual. Gua Sha stones, silicone facial cups, and facial oils are available for purchase to support this.

Now Available: Facial Cupping
Facial Cupping with Willow Therapies uses soft silicone cups. These leave no marks, and will give incredible, instant results. Facial cupping encourages lympatic drainage which can reduce puffiness and encourage collagen and elastin production. The gentle suction is also fantastic at smoothing lines and scars.
This is a fantastic addition to the Zone Face Lift treatment. In many sessions I will incorporate this into your time with with me as the incredible glow and decreased lines from cupping is incredible. However if you wish, you can add on an extra 15 or 30 minutes of cupping to your session. This can be particularly helpful if you’re trying to target a specific scar (including c-section scars) or want a more thorough cupping protocol included.

Virtual Guided Zone Face Lift / Gua Sha instruction
If you’re looking for an award-winning treatment from the comfort of your own home, you can now access our specialist Zone Face Lift sessions via Zoom. Don’t worry if you have never tried it, I’ll talk you through everything you’ll need to know.
Virtual Treatments have opened up opportunities for people suffering with stress and anxiety, pain and disability to enjoy the benefits of a treatment in their home without the need for face-to-face contact. This can also be a great introduction to self-facial massage and gua sha techniques if you’re interested in expanding your skin care routine. (Gua sha and facial oils for this purpose can be found on my online shop)
Virtual Zone Face Lift is ideal for clients who are unable to leave the house for reasons including:
- Transport Difficulties
- Distance from Reflexology Clinic
- Self-Isolation
- Immunosuppressed patients
- Patients in at-risk groups being over 70
- Patients in at-risk groups due to heart conditions
- Patients in at-risk groups due to respiratory conditions

What does Virtual Zone Face Lift Involve?
You will be sent a link to join a video call. Before the video call you will be assessed using a range of questions designed to understand your focus for the session. Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the session and you’ll follow my techniques and mirror these on your own face, I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through a short sequence.
Zone Face lift virtual sessions are an excellent way to get some of the benefits of this treatment in your own home. It can also be a great way to keep on track for results in the 12 week programme in the case you are not able to make all appointments in person.
