I’m a reflexology therapist, reproductive health nerd, mother of two, and a lover of ritual and habit to support good health.

I see you out there. The woman who wants to feel lighter, brighter, more energetic. The mom struggling to recover from pregnancy and newborn life. The woman who has lost her confidence as she struggles with infertility. The woman making the transition into menopause who is finding it so much more than hot flashes. The woman who hides in a dark room while waiting for her migraine to subside. The many many women who have had doctor after doctor tell them their pain is just ‘part of being a woman’.

In my studio space I’ve seen the power of this therapy to making real difference in my client’s lives. Yes, it can help with foot pain. But so much more, I can help my clients sleep better, have less stress, and find relief from many chronic health conditions.
