* Due to the nature of Reflexology for Fertility and Reproductive Health (Reproflexology) I can accommodate additional times and days for these treatments. Please contact me directly to book outside of my regular hours.

Are you covered?
Many insurance companies cover reflexology under their health care spending accounts, and some plans in Manitoba will cover Reflexology under the main plan. Check with your provider to see if you are covered. I can currently Direct bill to Green Shield, and MB Blue Cross Health & Wellness plans.
(Green Shield and League cover under all plans. Blue Cross, BFL Canada, CINUP, Claim Secure, Co-Operators, Industrial Alliance, Manulife, Provider Connect, Sunlife, and Great West Life have been known to cover depending on the plan.) MB Blue Cross clients reference provider #76114.
Payments Accepted
All major forms of payment accepted. This includes Credit Card, Debit, Cash, Cheque, and E-Transfer. If possible I am happy to direct bill your Green Shield insurance.
Covid-19 Precautions
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation all recommended protocols are being followed in the Willow Therapies studio.
1. I have extended buffer time between clients, and modified hours to allow myself extra time for adequate disinfecting. I will be using a quality viricidal disinfectant for my cleaning.
2. As per the current Manitoba Health Orders face masks are required when possible in the studio and treatment space. Exceptions to be made for facial services.
3. Hand sanitizer will be available when you come in. I ask that you use the hand sanitizer when you arrive.
4. There will be a COVID-19 questionnaire sent to you prior to your appointment. If there are any concerns about potential covid-19 exposure I will work with you to reschedule. The $25 late cancellation fee will be waived for this situation.
5. I now have tap payment for both Credit Card and Debit. These are preferred forms of payment, however I will still accept cheques and cash.
